It’s hard to go wrong with butter and plantains. Ripe plantains are naturally sweet so no need to add anything else!
- 3 very ripe plantains (black)
- 6 tablespoon butter
- Peel plantains nd slice into 1 in pieces.
- Melt butter in sautee pan.
- Add plantains in single layer in pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until completely brown.
