Fried plantains

It’s hard to go wrong with butter and plantains. Ripe plantains are naturally sweet so no need to add anything else!

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe plantains (black)
  • 6 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Peel plantains nd slice into 1 in pieces.
  • Melt butter in sautee pan.
  • Add plantains in single layer in pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until completely brown.
